ACT Parishes Only
Masses, Weddings, Funerals, Liturgies
* Inside a Church
* Apply one person per 4m² rule
* Maximum permitted: 500
* Outside a Church
* Apply one person per 2m² rule
* Maximum permitted: 500.
Comments
* Most Churches will be able to accommodate around 100
* Outside Masses/Liturgies: maximum 500.
COVID-19 Safety Plan
* Physical or digital Mass Register to be kept for 30 days
* Availability of hand sanitiser is essential
* Holy Communion only under the species of bread
* Holy Communion to be received only in the hand
* No touching at the sign of peace
* Collection plates not to be passed around
* Families can sit together, but in relation to other persons/families apply 4m² rule when inside or 2m² rule when outside
* Singing is possible, respecting 4m² rule inside or 2m² rule outside, people facing the same direction.
